Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms cover the sale of digital creations (resumes, letters, invoices, posters, cards, PDF reports and other files) offered on outilix.eu. The free tools are not covered. By paying, you accept these terms.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars on each creation page and in the checkout window, before you confirm anything. They range from $1.99 to $4.99 per download. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of payment, and it is the total you pay: no extra fees are added.

3. Ordering and payment

You design and preview your creation for free, then click "Pay and download." Payment is made on PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card, depending on the options offered. It is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no Outilix account, and no later charges. PayPal emails you the receipt. We receive neither your payment details nor your email address.

4. Delivery

The file is delivered right after payment: it is generated in your browser and the download starts automatically. The download link stays valid for 24 hours and allows up to 5 downloads. Remember to save your file, because we do not keep your creation.

5. Right to cancel

Because the file is digital content delivered immediately, you agree before paying that delivery starts at once and that you give up any right to cancel the purchase after it begins. A checkbox in the checkout window confirms this. Please read the refund policy for the cases where we refund you.

6. Problems and refunds

If the file cannot be downloaded, cannot be opened, or does not match the preview you approved, we fix it or refund you, as described in the refund policy. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live still apply.

7. Using your file

The file you download is yours: you can print it, share it and use it for personal or business purposes. You may not resell the site, the templates or the tools' code.

8. Liability

Document templates (letters, contracts, certificates, powers of attorney, invoices) are provided as general examples and are not legal advice. It is up to you to check that the content fits your situation and the rules that apply to you. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the creation concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or where the law says otherwise.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live remain applicable. To reach us, use the contact page.
