Digital content delivered instantly

Your creations are digital files generated and delivered as soon as you pay. In the checkout window you check a box asking for immediate delivery and agreeing that you give up your right to cancel once delivery begins. We ask for that agreement before PayPal is offered to you.

When we refund

  • The file could not be downloaded even though the payment went through.
  • The file is corrupted, empty or unreadable, and we cannot fix it.
  • The file does not match the preview you approved (the watermark does not count, because it is removed from the final version).
  • You were charged twice for the same creation, or charged an amount different from the one shown.

When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading a file that works as shown.
  • The file matches the preview but contains a typo or wrong information that you entered. In that case, redo the creation. Feel free to write to us, since we will look for a solution.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the contact page and choose the topic "Refund."
  2. Give the PayPal order number (it is on the receipt PayPal emailed you), the name of the creation, and a description of the problem.
  3. We reply within 7 days. If the request is approved, we fix the file or refund you.

Please send your request within 30 days of the purchase. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through PayPal. How soon it shows on your statement depends on PayPal and your bank.
